Stand clear of this if you are not a fan of Tim Burton's work of oddities, dark humor and eccentric portrayal of his personal own characters. From the start till of late, most of his films and in fact all of it is filled with an element of strong fantasy that regales on the clear impossibility that never fails to entertain his fans. Being one that is far away from his works, I can find that his interest can be quite appealing once you are adapted to his films. And impart all of his works with Johnny Depp in a film that deals with a two centuries' old cursed vampire with a base of comedy and romance, you get a queer mix of confusion that somehow finds its way to tickle your bones and makes you awe in amazement.
This latest works of Burton deals with a fateful combination of a gentleman-ly vampire that speaks in a queer English-English in the old fashioned Great Britain's times with that of a modern day rambunctious and unruly community that would clearly spark an unmistakable 'culture' shock as our Barnabas Collins returns from his 196 year long sleep. And if you are into these sort of things, you will nevertheless find yourself in a decision that is far less than regrettable, in fact, you might just find yourself in time for a tickle or two in a clearly old-fashioned way.
