Sincerely, Renay: Blood and Butter May 24th 2012, 13:03 I saw Dark Shadows a week ago, and I was immediately inspired by the makeup looks in the film. Pointed nails, dark nail lacquers, red lips, huge lashes and heavily shadowed eyes dominated the screen. The look that stood out the most to me was Johnny Depp's character Barnabus Collins. In the drag queen world they would say that he rocked "garage doors" ( one color of eye shadow on the entire eye lid), contoured blush, long nails and a red lip. And seeing that he was a vampire in the film, you can't forget the blood ;) I hope you enjoy this series of photos. ~Natalia Tarte eye shadow, M.A.C lipstick, Fangs by Vampfangs.  Dr. Julia Hoffman (played by Helena Bonham Carter) inspired hair color?? :P "The Black Knight" polish by Butter London.
