From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. a meet and greet with Mickey and Minnie Mouse will take place at the malls center stage. The first 500 guests to attend will receive free Mickey Mouse ears.
- The American Federation Of Musicians picketed Marvel Studios in Manhattan Beach on Friday to protest the studio going overseas to score their movie. "The Avengers" was filmed in New Mexico, and Ohio, with $30 million in U.S. tax rebates but the music was scored in Europe, hiring foreign musicians under the table and on the cheap, robbing U.S. musicians of their jobs.
- MTV Movie Awards News: Aerosmith bandmates Steven Tyler and Joe Perry will present Johnny Depp with the Generation Award, which will be followed by a special performance by The Black Keys. Yea Johnny!
- WonderGround Gallery in the Downtown DisneyDistrict at the Disneyland Resort will celebrate it's grand opening this June 6th.
- Friday at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, the U.S. Postal Service celebrated the issuance of 125 million new stamps today featuring Disney/Pixar characters.
