The Sick World Of Paedophilia | MadMikesAmerica

About Norman Rampart

I am an Englishman, originally from a small village in Lancashire where everyone looks the same - even, slightly worryingly, the sheep. I have been residing reluctantly in the general area of London for 38 years. I came here for three weeks, ran out of money and couldn't afford the coach fare home. I believe that an Englishman's home is his castle. Even if it is only a small end of terrace pile of bricks.

A pal of mine mentioned how some guy who was a paedophile was arrested near his home recently. My pal had been passing pleasantries such as ‘Good morning’ or ‘Hello’ or ‘How are you?’ for several years. Never in his wildest dreams did he even for one second have any reason to think the guy was a pervert.

That’s the thing isn’t it? We just don’t actually know do we?

Recently there has been a big ‘hoo-hah’ about some American bloke who taught at several ‘American Community Schools’ all over Europe including one in Britain. He was ‘found out’ as a paedophile but, sadly, committed suicide before he could be brought to justice. Apparently British police have several victims they are currently talking to as they collate the evidence but, as the bastard killed himself, it appears the victims will never see any ‘justice’.

Such is life eh?

Did you know that obtaining images of naked children is easy on the internet? I didn’t. I had heard such things via the TV news but hadn’t really paid much attention. As my pal and I chatted he said “I could show you a naked child now”. “Piss off!” I said thinking he was making a sick joke.

He realised my naivety and did just that.

I went ballistic and, frankly, came within an ace of thumping him and stomping off home with ‘the hump’. Fortunately, for the sake of him, our friendship and my knuckles, his wife intervened and we parted as pals still. He meant no harm he was merely showing me how easy it is. My pal also knows my ‘history’ as an abused child so I reckon he’ll forgive my hostile reaction.

Never the less, the ease with which he brought up pictures of naked children I find mind boggling. I know I’m somewhat technologically inept but really??? It’s THAT easy??? Isn’t there some way of stopping this abomination of the internet???

Nope. There isn’t – or so I’m led to believe.

Once home I got to thinking. I know, it’s not a very common occurrence but I did. I thought about it. If ‘mainstream TV’ can show a 15 year old girl flashing her nipples then how big a step is it for the internet to cater for sickos and perverts and so forth with even younger children?

Joe le Taxi? You’ve got a lot to answer for matey.

I am left perplexed.

I find the video of Vanessa Paradis extremely sexy even though I know that, at the time, she was 15 years old. If some bloke my age said that about MY daughter at 15 I’d kill him but my opinion is merely that of a so called ‘red blooded’ male thinking “Wow! She’s hot!” and, realistically, I doubt Vanessa Paradis looked vastly different at 16 or 18 so where is ‘the line’?

Someone once said – or I’m led to believe someone once said – “As you grow older you grow wiser”. Really? I must have missed something somewhere.

As a formerly abused child I know what it feels like and revisiting my abuse on another would be, and indeed is, anathema to me – albeit I am aware many ‘abused’ go on to abuse and blame ‘their abuse’. Bollocks. If YOU know what it’s like you don’t ‘pass it on’. If you do then you are less than human. You ‘break the cycle’ then you have won.

Unlike the England football team, I won. I ended up with a well balanced and very clever daughter (she has her mothers brains I hasten to add) who loves her daddy because he is ‘her daddy’. That is, to me, my victory.

Still. Vanessa Paradis eh? Johnny Depp had very good taste didn’t he?

Where is ‘the line’?
