If you don't mind having a sore stomach from laughing too much, then "21 Jump Street" is definitely the movie to see.

Directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who are both known for their work in producing the hit comedy TV series "How I Met Your Mother", the movie is based on the popular 1980's Johnny Depp TV series.

As a re-make of the popular television show, Officer Jenko, played by Channing Tatum and Officer Schmidt Jonah Hill make a hilarious crime fighting duo while providing laughs from beginning to end.

Former high school classmates Jenko and Schmidt join together years later at a police academy as they form a friendship and decide to be partners on a mission to accomplish their first real arrest.

After failing many times, the two are assigned to 21 Jump Street, where their new boss is captain Dickson, played by Ice Cube.

Dickson gives the two an assignment to go undercover as high school students.

For the first time, Channing Tatum plays an unusual role for himself, as most of us know him for his roles in "Dear John" and "The Vow".

Tatum's usual roles in films are with serious and romantic storylines with little to no action, which makes "21 Jump Street" something new and exciting to see him in.

As for Jonah Hill, who assisted with writing and casting, being in this movie came to no surprise as most of us know him for his roles in the comedies "Super Bad" and "The Sitter".

Not one second of this rated R, one hour and fifty minute movie is ever boring or dull, making it definitely worth the money to go out and see if you are of age.

With plenty of inappropriate jokes, action scenes, and a few surprises, "21 Jump Street" can easily be named the funniest movie so far in 2012.
