Baby, the Stars Shine Bright! - 12-15-2012: New Favorite Film!!

I just watched Interview with the Vampire for the first time today and OH. MY. GOD. It's fucking amazing. It had everything I could ask for in a film or general work of fiction. I hope to read the book soon. That probably won't happen of course :). But I really do want to read it.

Louie and Claudia are my favorites. I'm sort of jealous of Claudia...well, if you've seen the film you'll know why I'm not completely jealous of her.

Antonio Banderas makes a very handsome vampire.

And um...^^^^^yes, please? I won't spoil by saying much more about that but...I'mma need to find some slash stories about this movie because if there aren't any, that would be an incredible waste of beautiful men. No, I am not ashamed that I slash everything and everyone.

And, as a cherry on top, I get to go see The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part II tomorrow with my friends! My friend is bringing her boyfriend, and I'm actually kind of excited about that. All of us never get to do stuff together and I think that's what fuels my jealousy. It feels like "Him or me" most of the time, but if we can both hang out together with her then it's all good.

Speaking of sharing (though not exactly in the same context), Savages was not so good. I mean maybe if you just love all things drug cartel (I think that's the word but I'm not sure) then sure. But I didn't like it too much. I much prefer Blow starring Johnny Depp.

Anyway, I suppose I shall call this a night. What are your favorite vampire movies?
