CANADA—Cellphone pioneer Craig McCaw and his wife Susan have listed their island getaway near Vancouver. That doesn't sound like much until you realize their island getaway is an entire island, a 780-acre one no less, and it's listed for a cool $75M. Formerly the site of dynamite factory, the island now hosts a private Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, an airstrip, a 5,000-square-foot main house built from cedar, a huge warehouse of an entertainment center, and six guest cottages.
